The Terms & Conditions define the subject of the provision of services, responsibilities and staying on the Hotel premises, and they are an integral part of the agreement the conclusion of which takes place by signing a registration card and by making a reservation and / or an advance payment or the entire payment for the Hotel stay. By performing the activities listed in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepted the provisions of the Terms & Conditions.

The Hotel Reception is the Guest’s Attendant.
The hotel room is rented for multiple check-in/out times.
The check-in time in rooms is 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 11:00 noon the next day.
The Guest should inform about their wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival no later than by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the previously reported check-out day. The hotel shall take the wish to extend the stay into account depending on the room availability, according to the current price list specified athttps://www.liebeskindhotel.pl/en/

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the Hotel if the payment is not made in advance for the current period of stay and in the event of non-compliance with the terms & conditions.
The basis for the Guest's registration is presentation of the identity document with the photo at the Reception Desk and filling in and signing of the registration card, as well as presentation of the credit card used while booking.
The hotel Guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he/she made the payment due has not expired.
Persons not registered at the Hotel can stay in a hotel room from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the terms & conditions during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the Hotel or Guests, any other damage to a Guest, Hotel staff or other people staying at the Hotel.
Standard reservation (flexible) is the reservation which can be cancelled by 2:00 p.m. 4 days before the arrival date. In this case the money collected shall be returned. No cancellation in the above period and non-use of the reservation shall result in charging the cancellation fee in the amount of the guarantee taken and cancellation of the reservation.
The reservation should be guaranteed with payment for the first hotel day. Lack of payment in 24 hours shall mean resignation and cancellation of the reservation.
In case of the non-refundable guarantee, the guarantee should be provided at the moment of making the reservation, by making a payment for the entire hotel stay.
Lack of payment in 24 hours shall mean resignation and cancellation of the reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the guarantee collected by the Hotel shall not be returned.
The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
In case of any objections regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report the objections to the Reception Desk, which shall enable the employees to react and improve the standard of the services provided.
The hotel is required to provide the Guests with:
conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
security of stay, including security to keep the information about the Guest secret,
professional service in the scope of all services provided in the Hotel,
cleaning services in the Hotel and necessary repairs of the equipment during the Guest's absence, and in his/her presence only if he/she wishes to do so.
cleaning of the room during the stay takes place during the working hours of the maidservants (from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. If you wish to change the towels, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
technically efficient service, and in case of defects which cannot be removed immediately, the Hotel shall make the efforts to replace the room or mitigate the inconvenience in other ways, if possible,
Additionally, at the Guest's request, the following services are provided free of charge:
Information related to stay and travel,
Wake up service at specified time,
Keeping money and valuable items during the Guest's stay at the Hotel in the deposit at the reception subject to & 6 sec. 4 of the Terms & Conditions,
Storage of Guest’s luggage,
Ordering a taxi
At the request of the Guest staying in the Hotel with small children (from 0 to 3 years old), a cot shall be added to the room free of charge. The hotel shall take the request to place a baby cot into account depending on its accessibility in the Hotel.
Persons staying in the Hotel’s premises shall not use food&beverage services other than the services provided by the Hotel on the Hotel’s premises, and in particular they shall not be entitled to use outsourced catering services.
Children under 12 years of age staying on the hotel’s premises should be under constant supervision of their legal guardians. The legal guardians shall be financially liable for any damage to technical equipment and devices resulting from actions of children under the age of 18.
The hotel Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical facilities of the Hotel caused by the fault of his or her guests or people visiting the latter. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage after his/her departure. The price list for equipment and damage is attached as Annex 1 to the Terms & Conditions.
Regardless of the price list, the Hotel reserves the right to individual and separate valuation of damage depending on the works necessary to remove the damage. In addition, if there are such circumstances, the Guest shall be charged with the cost of withdrawal of the room from the sale, according to the valid price list specified at www.liebeskindhotel.pl, for the time of removal of damage and dirt.
In case of a breach of the provisions of the Terms & Conditions, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Hotel staff, settle the payment for the services provided, pay for any damage and leave the Hotel.
Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should, for security reasons, turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and check the locking of the door.
The hotel has a statutory right of pledge over the items brought by the Guest to the Hotel in the event of the Guest's delay in settling the payment for the stay or in the event of non-payment for the services provided.
The Guest should notify the Reception Desk about the occurrence of damage immediately after its detection, no later than one day after noticing, and each time before leaving the Hotel at the latest, under pain of losing the right to invoke the occurrence of damage.
The hotel is liable for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value only if these items are deposited in the Reception deposit.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept to the hotel deposit the items of high value and significant sums of money exceeding the possibility of storage in the hotel deposit.
The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, the objects left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in a rented hotel car park or in the parking lot in front of the Hotel.
Personal belongings left by the Guests in the hotel room shall be sent at their expense to the address indicated by the Guests. If the Hotel does not receive such an order, the Hotel shall store the above mentioned items at the expense of the owner for three months after the time the Guest left the Hotel, and after that period these items shall be destroyed in accordance with applicable law. Due to their properties, food and medicines shall be stored for 24 hours.
The Hotels’ quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. and finish at 6:00 a.m. the next day.
Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided.
All Complaints shall be submitted to the Reception Desk or the Manager using the email address: email@example.com
The complaints should be filed immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the standard of the services provided, no later than one day after noticing, however, in each case before leaving the Hotel, under pain of losing the right to invoke the identified deficiencies.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco and tobacco products and use any smoke-producing devices in the Hotel in other places than the ones designated for it. For breaking the ban, the Guest shall be charged with a penalty of PLN 1000, which does not exclude the Guest's other costs for all actions necessary to restore the hotel rooms to the proper condition (such as ozonisation, etc.). Furthermore, the Guest shall be charged with the costs resulting from withdrawal of the room from sale if there is such a necessity.
The Guests must not store any illegal substances, dangerous goods, weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive or illumination materials in the Hotel.
The Guest agrees to processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Toshi Sp. z o.o. company, based in Krakow at ul. Józefa Marcika 14B, for the needs of the Guest's stay at the Hotel and use of other services provided by the Hotel. The Guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.
It is forbidden to run any activation and door-to-door sale, as well as gambling activities in the Hotel.
The Guest shall not cause, and the Hotel shall not allow excessive noise in the Hotel, unpleasant odours from the hotel room, or any other things which can disturb other Hotel Guests.
Apart from a slight change of furniture and equipment arrangement which does not impair their functionality and safety, the Guests are not allowed to make any changes to hotel rooms and their equipment.
It is forbidden to record videos and to take a photo shoot for the purpose of distribution without prior written permission from the Hotel. In case of disobeying regulations on recording or photographing the interiors of the Hotel by the Guests, the Hotel employee has the right to refuse to check-in or to check-out Guests with immediate effect, without the right to refund for a stay in the Hotel. The Guest is obliged to remove any photographs or recorded image or sound showing the interior of the Hotel on request and in the presence of a Hotel employee.
The provisions included in §10 point 7 of the Terms & Conditions Of Liebeskind Hotel relate to the taking photographs and recording videos for purposes not related to: private, commemorative and recreational use, i.e. in particular for commercial and business trading purposes.
If the Hotel becomes aware of the use of photographs or video recordings taken inside the Hotel without obtaining the prior written permission referred to in point 7, the hotel has the right to demand compensation and to stop dissemination materials which were obtained against Terms & Conditions Of Liebeskind Hotel.
When making a reservation, please inform about the arrival with your pet and accept the following regulations:
The cost of a pet's stay in the hotel is PLN 100 per night.
Only non-aggressive pets are allowed in the hotel.
Accommodation with a pet is possible only in selected rooms. Pets should be kept in the owners' rooms.
Pets must be led on a leash and in a muzzle, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the breakfast room.
If the bedding in the room where the pet is staying is dirty (hair, mud) or damaged, the owner is obliged to buy the entire set of bedding at the price of PLN 100 / item.
Owners are obliged to clean up litter left by dogs on the premises and around the hotel.
The pet should not be left alone in the room if it disturbs the peace of other guests during this time and for no longer than 20 minutes.
All damage to the property of the hotel or the property of other guests caused by the animal will be assessed by the hotel management, and the owners will be charged for them.
For not informing the hotel reception about having a pet in the room, a fine of PLN 300 will be imposed.
